Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for a Systems Analyst in Albany, NY.
Description:
Specializes in analyzing, designing and implementing information systems. Assesses the suitability of information systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaises with end users, software vendors and programmers in order to achieve these outcomes.
Duties include but not limited to the following:
• Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies in current TSMO business processes and recommending improvements, often leveraging technology.
• System Analysis: Understanding TSMO systems, their functionalities, and how they can be enhanced or integrated with new solutions.
• Performance Management: Develop and support performance reporting
• Product Management: Document what’s needed to build out an approved products list for IT, OT and ITS devices on our transportation network
