Qualifications:
Tertiary level qualifications in IT or related discipline (desirable). ITIL, Cisco and/or Microsoft Certification (desirable) . Experience:
At least 5 years' experience in a similar role. Demonstrated experience with IT technologies including but not limited to Windows 10, Windows Server, IIS, VMware, SharePoint, SQL Server, and IaaS based cloud services. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code toolsets and exposure to DevOps style approaches (desirable) Excellent customer service skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
