Systems Administrator

Key Responsibilities
•Provide first- and second-line desktop support to internal users, ensuring minimal downtime and effective resolution of issues.
•Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, networks, and core IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and storage systems.
•Configure, manage, and support networking equipment (switches, firewalls, VPNs, routing protocols, VLANs, wireless access).
•Work alongside Trading Technology team in managing specialized financial systems, including bespoke applications and trading infrastructure.
•Ensure compliance with IT security, risk, and regulatory standards applicable to financial services.
•Perform system backups, patching, and disaster recovery testing.
•Monitor performance of critical systems, escalating issues proactively.
•Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement new solutions and upgrades.
