In this role, you will provide technical support to staff across multiple departments, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with network management, and support end-users to maximize productivity. The ideal candidate is proactive, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is experienced in supporting diverse technology needs in a fast-paced environment.

Job Highlights:

  • Hourly Rate: USD 6.62, the equivalent in your local currency
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Brisbane Time), with 1 hour unpaid/paid break (40 work hours per week)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
