Systems Administrator

SUMMARY

We are looking for a resource with a strong background in administering an enterprise infrastructure running various applications and roles. Problem determination and troubleshooting skills are a must. The resource is semi-dedicated to this account, and they may or may not handle help desk calls. The resource will handle escalation and/or work directly with the development team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining network infrastructure.
• Maintaining both physical and virtual servers and machines.
• Maintaining user workstations.
• Maintaining and administering Microsoft Azure environment.
• Providing end user support / Help Desk support.
• Ensure network resources are patched regularly and held in accordance with security practices.
• Purchasing IT related supplies.
• Maintaining Company Backups and Offsite Backup Storage.
• Maintaining Vendor Relationships.
