  • Systems Administration & Lifecycle Management: Servers, storage, cloud, and security tools
  • Performance & Capacity Monitoring: Utilization analysis, availability monitoring, and system tuning
  • Security & Compliance Enforcement: Patching, system hardening, and implementing access controls
  • Backup & Disaster Recovery (DR) Support: Backup validation, DR readiness, and incident resolution
  • Request & Ticket Management: Ensuring SLA adherence and managing ticket backlogs
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaising with system vendors for support and service-level compliance
