<h3>Job Description</h3><br /><p>Serve as a POC to the Sponsor regarding all operations, O&M activities required within the scope of effort, provide Tier 1, 2, and 3 support to developers and customers, including on call oversight of all 24/7 support of physical and cloud infrastructure.
