Job Description
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Systems Administrator** to join our team in **Doral, FL** .
This position is fully on-site and utilizes a Panama Schedule which includes three, 12 hour shifts, followed by three days off, repeating. This team also utilizes a rotating day/night schedule, so selected candidate will rotate between nights and days every 3 months.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Manages the day-to-day administration and maintenance of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization technologies, ensuring reliable operation and optimal performance.
+ Installs and upgrades computer components and software, manages virtual servers, and implements automation processes to streamline IT operations.
+ Troubleshoots hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, and prioritizing issues based on impact.
