Systems Administrator / Help Desk Specialist

Full-Time | Salary in USD | Remote

We are seeking a Systems Administrator / Help Desk Specialist to maintain, monitor, and support our IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, troubleshooting issues, and supporting cloud and on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain servers, networks, and infrastructure
  • Monitor systems, performance, and security (Zabbix or similar)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Provide Level 1 technical support and VPN/remote access support
  • Support VMware virtual environments
  • Assist with AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Contribute to automation and system improvements

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Systems Administration or IT experience
