Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary CRM Contact: Act as the key liaison between users and the Group CRM Team for all Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM-related matters.
- User Support & Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day functional support and resolve CRM-related issues promptly.
- Data Insights & Reporting: Prepare interactive dashboards and extract data insights using CRM and reporting tools to drive business growth.
- Training & Onboarding: Create user-friendly training materials and deliver onboarding sessions to new users to promote CRM adoption.
- Utilization & Adoption Management: Monitor CRM usage, identify adoption gaps, and implement strategies to help teams meet their Sales KPIs.
