Job Description

• Analyzes requirements, design specifications, system topology and develops test procedures based on customer user cases and maintains/updates test procedures, for the organization’s products and systems.
• Performs system integration test of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency.
• Develops, validates, and tests functional & non‑functional tests.
• Analyze, submit and manage defects.
• Assist in resolving customer field issues on live, production systems; troubleshoot customer‑reported issues and maintain client/server product.
• Influence, participate actively and drive decision making quickly within and outside of the organization.
• Upgrade, troubleshoot and maintain test tools & infrastructure.
• Document the processes and system configurations for future reference.
