Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Support: Monitor and maintain the functionality of the LMS platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless operations.

Customer Query Resolution: Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries related to LMS usage, technical issues, and general inquiries.

Training Ability: Can train customers on product knowledge
