System Technical Authority

About the role

As the System Technical Authority, you will support the JP Enhanced Defence High Frequency Communication System (EDHFCS) program within the Mission and Support Systems business, providing independent assurance across the engineering product and service lifecycle.

This role focuses on ensuring that system requirements are clearly defined, verified and delivered in line with relevant legislation, regulatory frameworks, industry standards and Babcock policies.

In this role, you will contribute to technical investigations, risk assessments and engineering analysis to support system performance and continuous improvement.

You will review and approve technical documentation, participate in technical discussions and reviews with internal and external stakeholders, and provide engineering guidance where required.
