We'll provide you the training to groom you to be a competent System Support Executive. Remuneration will be based on the candidates' experience and capability.
DUTIES:
a) Creating support logs on the daily calls and emails received from customers.
b) Troubleshooting issues reported by customers, to identify the root cause of problem and resolving it within a reasonable time.
c) Coordinating between Internal Team and customers; resolving issue reported from customers.
d) Conducting tests on customized functions before releasing to customers.
e) Updating and following up Support logs to ensure latest statuses/information on timely manner.
f) Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
