About the role

As a System Support Engineer, you will provide technical support for Daifuku customers and customer sites. This will involve supporting existing systems or creating new systems, processes, and procedures as necessary to meet the requirements.

Given the nature of the Customer Care operations there will be a requirement to assist with IT related calls that occur outside of standard business hours or to cover for the team members, if necessary, as part of a 24/7 roster.
