Job Description

As a Tier 1 System Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for technical support requests. You'll handle day-to-day troubleshooting, resolve basic IT issues, and escalate complex cases to higher tiers. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for system, hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Log, track, and manage support tickets using a helpdesk/ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot common end-user issues with Windows, Office 365, and networking.
  • Assist with system setups, configurations, and user account management.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3 teams.
  • Document common problems and solutions for knowledge sharing.
