System Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are hiring a System Support Engineer / Assistant Engineer to support system testing, evaluation, pilot deployments, and day-to-day technical operations for our IoT system.

This role focuses on hands-on system setup, validation, field deployment support (indoor & outdoor), basic troubleshooting, and coordination with engineering teams to ensure smooth pilot execution and stable system operation.

This is a practical, execution-oriented role, ideal for engineers who enjoy working on real systems in real environments.

System Testing, Evaluation & Validation

• Execute system evaluation plans for IoT devices, gateways, and backend systems

• Execute test cases and validation checklists provided by engineering teams

• Assist in evaluating and benchmarking system behaviour during pilots and trials
