POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a System Support Analyst with experience providing 1st line technical support (onsite and remote), CRM management, Ticketing Systems (Monday/Zendesk/Salesforce), and preferably Hubspot. This individual will be the first point of contact for Colombia staff issues, and will take ownership of hardware inventory and system user administration. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience in CRM workflows and user management, 3CX phone system, and IA tools to further enhance communication and collaboration across teams.
