Job Description
As The System Support Analyst, reporting to the System Support Team Lead, you will ensure all end‑user devices operate smoothly and efficiently. This role handles a wide range of technical responsibilities, including device setup, software installation and configuration, and troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues. Support is provided both in person and remotely.
Success in this position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, user‑friendly way. The analyst will work with diverse IT infrastructure such as laptops, mobile devices, printers, networks, cloud services and may also contribute technical insights to projects as needed.
This is a 6‑month fixed‑term position to begin with a possible extension. It is based in Edmonton, AB.
