This role is for a Systems Support Specialist who thinks like an investigator — methodical, observant, and unflappable. When applications fail, reports don't add up, or stakeholders need answers, you don't guess. You investigate.

PROFILE OF THE INVESTIGATOR:

• Proven experience in systems or application support
• Exposure to ERP and CRM platforms
• Working knowledge of Power BI
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A calm, analytical approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work through ambiguity and uncover the truth behind the issue
