Every system leaves a trail. Every issue has a cause. My client is looking for the one person who knows how to follow the evidence.
This role is for a Systems Support Specialist who thinks like an investigator — methodical, observant, and unflappable. When applications fail, reports don't add up, or stakeholders need answers, you don't guess. You investigate.
PROFILE OF THE INVESTIGATOR:
Proven experience in systems or application support
Exposure to ERP and CRM platforms
Working knowledge of Power BI
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
A calm, analytical approach to problem-solving
Ability to work through ambiguity and uncover the truth behind the issue
