Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and system requirements to support operational efficiency
- Manage system documentation, records, and reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams to support system enhancements and process improvements
- Perform system administration tasks (Windows environment)
- Support financial and operational systems, including:
- Accounts handling and bookkeeping
- Bank reconciliation and ledger management
- Payroll processing and timecard management
- Assist with onboarding systems and employee administration
- Prepare quotations and support client management activities
- Coordinate freight and logistics system data where applicable
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies
- Provide regular reports and insights to management
