Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and system requirements to support operational efficiency
  • Manage system documentation, records, and reporting
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support system enhancements and process improvements
  • Perform system administration tasks (Windows environment)
  • Support financial and operational systems, including:
  • Accounts handling and bookkeeping
  • Bank reconciliation and ledger management
  • Payroll processing and timecard management
  • Assist with onboarding systems and employee administration
  • Prepare quotations and support client management activities
  • Coordinate freight and logistics system data where applicable
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies
