System Specialist

Reporting to: Head of Operations (Work across Ops, Finance, Sales)

Where: Brackengate (office-based)

Role Purpose:

Old School Brand moves fast across retail, DC, and e-commerce. Our systems need to move faster. We're looking for a Systems Specialist who lives inside Cin7 and understands exactly how an ERP ecosystem needs to function across a multi‑channel, high‑growth retail business. You won't just maintain the system. You'll own the operation and hygiene of Cin7 and potentially some adjacent platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage our Cin7 environment end-to-end, including configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimisation
• Monitor integrations and make sure they reconcile.
• Work across Ops, Finance, Sales and broader team to ensure correct system usage and expedite system improvements to tech team.
