Summary
Provide hardware support as needed and maintain/improve the caliber of the Information Systems (IS) department as directed by the IS Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Portray Howmet Aerospace in a positive manner, i.e. capabilities, systems, equipment, co-workers, management, etc. at all times.
+ Provide hardware support to computer end users.
+ Responsible for administering Manufacturing software packages on Company network, installing all updates, and performing administrative tasks within the manufacturing database.
+ Responsible for 100+ PC user interfaces, Web integration, and development of Windows Server networks.
+ Configure Company personal computers per Corporate requirements.
+ Install and maintain software as directed.
+ Troubleshoot and repair network wiring/connections as needed.
+ Troubleshoot and repair Company personal computers as needed.
