Responsibilities

• Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to gather feature requirements, assess the scope, and ensure end-to-end implementation of features.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for handling feature requests, preparing business review documents, and supporting UAT rollouts.
• Able to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the compatibility of new features with the existing environment.
• Conducts market research and analysis to continually optimize current services and identify new technical solutions for present and future needs.
