System Sales Specialist

What you will be doing:

- Support post-merger integration activities for newly acquired businesses, including data migration, process alignment, and system onboarding (Salesforce, Ironclad, and related tools).

- Conduct and coordinate UAT for system migrations and enhancements, with a primary focus on Salesforce and Ironclad. Identify issues, document findings, and partner with technical teams to drive resolution.

- Document change management processes, including process flows, training materials, and communications to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes on internal wikis and knowledge bases.

- Provide daily support to Sales leads for M&A, assisting with project tracking, issue resolution, and coordination of integration tasks.
