About the role
As a Systems Safety Engineer at Babcock, you will apply an integrative systems safety approach to identify hazards and mitigate risks across the full engineering product lifecycle.
Using systems engineering principles and safety engineering techniques, you will support the safe design, operation, support and retirement of complex engineered systems.
Working largely independently with occasional guidance on complex matters, you will plan and deliver technical tasks to agreed time, cost and quality, while ensuring compliance with applicable standards, regulations and internal governance.
Along the way, you’ll mentor others, build your leadership capability and actively share knowledge to strengthen Babcock’s technical community.
