Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience in NPI project management, including project kickoff, schedule management, BOM control, quality management, troubleshooting, and sample builds.

  • Experience in OEM project fulfillment, covering schedule control, Proof of Concept (POC) preparation, FAQ development, and issue troubleshooting.

  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills, working closely with R&D, Lab, Procurement, Sales, Production, and other teams to ensure successful project execution.

  • Proven customer service capability, including product promotion, roadmap updates, troubleshooting, RMA coordination, customer Q&A, and CRM management.
