System Engineering Expert

JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the IT Operations Lead, our recently launched Luxury Cruises line of MSC, the IT Systems Engineering Specialist will be involved in building out, maintaining, and troubleshooting our rapidly expanding IT infrastructure, ensuring the highest level of availability, performance, and security.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

•Guarantee of technical quality in IT operations projects;

•Management and monitoring of all installed systems and infrastructure for Explora Journeys, considering established guidelines or SOP (standard operating procedure);

•Assurance of systems and infrastructure availability at the highest levels;

•Relay of Cybersecurity for management of threats and vulnerabilities remediations;

•Collaboration with team members (operations, architecture, product owners), suppliers, and Business stakeholders with a focus on continuous improvement;
