Design, implement and manage enterprise storage solutions using NetApp ONTAP, Dell EMC (e.g., PowerMax, Unity), Huawei OceanStor, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize SAN and NAS environments, including zoning, LUN provisioning, replication, and snapshots, leveraging Brocade fibre channel infrastructure.Perform storage capacity planning and lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and future growth requirements.Develop and maintain data protection strategies, including backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes across heterogeneous storage systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network, virtualization, applications) to ensure seamless storage integration and performance tuning.Lead incident resolution and root cause analysis for complex storage issues, while documenting configurations and maintaining o...
