**Description:**
You will be the System Engineer Stf for the F‑35 System Integration and Test team which is responsible for driving system integration and testing across the F‑35 program.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the System Engineer Stf you will be responsible for establishing, owning, and advancing the core metrics that guide F‑35 lab operations, system defect tracking, and stability monitoring.
**Your responsibilities will include:**
+ Design, implement, and maintain the end‑to‑end metric framework for F‑35 hardware‑in‑the‑loop, virtual, software‑in‑the‑loop, and mixed‑reality labs.
+ Define and track key performance indicators for line‑of‑business (LOB) test outcomes, system defects, and stability events, ensuring they align with program milestones.
+ Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of lab and test‑execution data to provide actionable insight to senior stakeholders.
