Job Summary:

The System Engineer will be responsible for managing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining telephony systems, structured cabling, and CCTV systems. This role requires strong technical expertise and hands-on field experience in telecom, network hardware, and physical infrastructure. The engineer will provide first- and second-level support for telephony, structured cabling, and CCTV systems while ensuring compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Telephony System (L1 & L2 Support)

• Respond to and resolve user-reported issues through diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Configure, manage, and maintain PBX systems (on-premise and cloud-based).
• Support, monitor, and troubleshoot IP phones and SBC appliances.
• Monitor telephony system health and generate performance and usage reports.
