Job Summary MQ System Programmer is responsible for providing software support and technical guidance to system programmers, operations staff, and application developers in the evaluation, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MQ and systems and applications interacting with MQ. Managing and supporting the MQ environment across multiple development, test, and production environments. Key Responsibilities Monitoring: Set up monitoring and alerting to detect delays/issues in relevant environments. Reporting: Administer change orders, incidents and requests on ServiceNow for the MQ team. Documentation: Maintain system documentation and update operational procedures. Operations Support: Ensure environments are available and stable. Application Support: Assist application developers with MQ actions to support application requirements.
