System Engineer (Oracle ERP)

Job Requirement . Maintain, monitor, and support the Oracle ERP system to ensure stable, secure, and reliable daily operations. . Provide L1/L2 support for ERP-related issues: incident analysis, troubleshooting, root cause identification, and timely resolution. . Work closely with business users (e.g., finance, procurement, warehouse, production) to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements for ERP enhancements or new functionalities. . Configure and customize Oracle ERP modules (e.g., finance, purchasing, inventory, order management, manufacturing) according to business needs and best practices. . Develop and maintain reports, forms, interfaces, and extensions within the Oracle ERP ecosystem (e.g., using Oracle tools, PL/SQL, and related technologies). .
