System Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in feature or system ownership within off-highway vehicle platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and managing system-level requirements and supporting communication architecture using CAN or Ethernet-based networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage system or feature development from concept through validation.
• Generate high-level requirements and decompose them into detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Break down complex features into structured system requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, validation, and controls.
• Support system architecture definition for off-highway vehicle applications.
• Work with CAN and/or Ethernet-based communication networks.
• Participate in system integration, validation, and issue resolution activities.
