Key Responsibilities
IT Support
- Provide day-to-day technical support to internal staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Maintain and support Windows-based systems, servers, and associated IT infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and mobile hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Monitor system performance and maintain system availability, backups, and data integrity.
System Support for Products
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and support of gaming systems and solutions at customer sites.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support to casino customers and technicians.
- Coordinate with internal development and QA teams to report and resolve system issues.
- Support software upgrades, patch installations, and system integrations.
