Key Responsibilities

IT Support

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to internal staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Maintain and support Windows-based systems, servers, and associated IT infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and mobile hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Monitor system performance and maintain system availability, backups, and data integrity.

System Support for Products

  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and support of gaming systems and solutions at customer sites.
  • Provide remote and onsite technical support to casino customers and technicians.
  • Coordinate with internal development and QA teams to report and resolve system issues.
  • Support software upgrades, patch installations, and system integrations.
