Your Contribution

  • Install, configure, patch, and update Microsoft 365 applications and related tools (Visio, Project, ToDo, Planner).
  • Manage and operate M365/Cloud services including Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune (MDM), and Teams Phone.
  • Ensure security through MFA, Defender, and email domain management.
  • Handle service management processes: incident, change, service requests, license management, monitoring, and capacity planning.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts; manage backups, restores, reporting, and documentation.
  • Support migrations from on-premise to cloud and collaborate with IT teams (Security, Network, Data Center, Workplace).
  • Maintain digital learning platforms and knowledge base articles.
  • Drive M365 adoption, provide training and guidance, and suggest operational improvements.
