Install, configure, patch, and update Microsoft 365 applications and related tools (Visio, Project, ToDo, Planner).Manage and operate M365/Cloud services including Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune (MDM), and Teams Phone.Ensure security through MFA, Defender, and email domain management.Handle service management processes: incident, change, service requests, license management, monitoring, and capacity planning.Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts; manage backups, restores, reporting, and documentation.Support migrations from on-premise to cloud and collaborate with IT teams (Security, Network, Data Center, Workplace).Maintain digital learning platforms and knowledge base articles.Drive M365 adoption, provide training and guidance, and suggest operational improvements.Your Profile...
