Job Description
- 3-5 Years of experience in Managing and supporting IT in Software industries
- Should have experience in handling hardware and software issue of staff working in IT projects
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and networks to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage IT support, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues of hardware and software
- Maintain and manage IT licenses
- Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect company data.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and IT procurement.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with IT regulations, security protocols, and data protection laws.
- Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience in handling Microsoft suite (365,azure, VD's ,Security)
