The Server Systems Engineer provides enterprise-level support for server infrastructure, with a strong focus on Linux-based systems supporting backup, recovery, and data management platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot Linux server environments
- Manage OS-level issues related to backup and recovery solutions
- Work with networking teams on DNS, DHCP, and connectivity issues
- Support storage integrations (NAS, SAN, RAID, NFS)
- Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis
