  • Prepare the action plan for the break and fix requests
  • Actively able to go onsite to resolve the SLA tickets for our customers Develop new tech strategies and goals
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with tech team leaders
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3 + years of experience
  • Proven history to handle and resolve break and fixes of IT hardware
  • Understanding system engineer performance metrics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120, Rs130,000.00 per month
