- Prepare the action plan for the break and fix requests
- Actively able to go onsite to resolve the SLA tickets for our customers Develop new tech strategies and goals
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Collaborate with tech team leaders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3 + years of experience
- Proven history to handle and resolve break and fixes of IT hardware
- Understanding system engineer performance metrics

Pay: Rs120, Rs130,000.00 per month
