Join our team as a System Engineer and be the first point of contact for clients worldwide Solve IT issues across desktops, networks, and applications while ensuring quick resolution and high customer satisfaction. What You'll Do:
- Provide technical support for clients in the US, EMEA, and Australia.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, network connectivity, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Manage Active Directory tasks and IT service requests via phone, email, or chat.
- Own client issues from start to resolution within SLA guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-border teams and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1+ year supporting international clients.
- 2+ years in IT Service Desk/Tech Support/BPO for US, AUS, or EMEA clients.
