Job Description

In this position, you will:

·Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, network devices, and system applications.

·Support daily system operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

·Provide technical support to internal users, including diagnosing hardware/software issues.

·Assist in managing user accounts, access rights, and security policies.

·Participate in system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance tasks.

·Help maintain documentation, including system diagrams, configuration records, and operational procedures.

·Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects and new technology deployments.

·Support backup, recovery, and disaster‑recovery procedures.
