The System Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing that support electronic locks and mobile applications. This role ensures that systems are secure, reliable, and scalable to meet end-user needs, and coordinates interaction with internal teams and external entities.
Duties and responsibilities
Documentation and Specification: Create detailed technical documentation and provide training for end-users and technical support staff.Integrated Systems Design: Collaborate with hardware and software development teams to design integrated solutions that combine firmware for electronic locks and mobile applications.Cloud and DevOps Management: Configure and maintain the cloud infrastructure supporting access control applications. Manage DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), ensuring an efficient and automated workflow.
