Job Description

What You Will Do

  • Engineer, design, install, upgrade, and maintain enterprise backup solutions based on NetBackup, Networker, Data Domain, Tape Libraries and Cyber Recovery solutions

  • Architect end‑to‑end backup and recovery solutions, including capacity planning, performance tuning, security, and high‑availability concepts

  • Drive automation initiatives, leveraging APIs, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, Python, and other automation frameworks to improve reliability and efficiency

  • Troubleshoot complex backup, storage, and network‑related issues, providing senior-level expertise and collaborating with peers to drive solutions

  • Ensure proper Identity and Access Management across backup platforms, including role management, credential handling, and compliance alignment

  • Develop documentation, reports, and monitoring/logging dashboards, using Elastic to provide transparency and insights for stakeholders
