Design, implement and manage enterprise backup and recovery solutions using IBM TSM/Spectrum Protect and Veeam, ensuring data protection across virtual, physical, and cloud environments.Perform backup scheduling, retention policy management and capacity planning, aligning with RPO/RTO requirements and compliance standards.Monitor and troubleshoot backup/restore operations, proactively identifying issues and resolving failures to ensure high backup success rates and data availability.Integrate and optimize backup processes for critical databases, including SAP HANA (via Backint), Oracle RMAN, and other enterprise workloads.Collaborate with application, database, and infrastructure teams to ensure consistent and reliable data protection strategies for business-critical systems.Develop and maintain documentation, including runbooks, configuration guides, and audit reports, while leading DR test exercises ...
