System Engineer

Experience : 6 Months to 2 Years

Job Location : Ahmedabad Office

Required Skills :

• Minimum 6 Months of experience in IT desktop or technical support role.

• Strong knowledge of Windows, Ubuntu/Linux and macOS environments.

• Proficiency in Wi-Fi and LAN configuration and basic network troubleshooting.

• Basic knowledge of Linux commands and shell operations.

• Understanding of system hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.

• Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice, etc.).

• Awareness of firewall concepts, VPN, and endpoint security tools (advantage).

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
