System Developer

Job Title: Business Systems Developer (ERP Build & Automation)

We are looking for a Business Systems Developer to design, build, and continuously improve our internal systems, centered around an open-source ERP foundation to support end-to-end logistics operations. This role is hands on and will own system implementation from requirements to deployment, including workflows, role-based access, reporting, integrations, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Build & Implementation
• Configure and implement core ERP workflows for operations, finance, and admin functions.
• Translate business processes into system requirements, data structures, and user flows.
• Build and maintain custom modules/forms/workflows where standard ERP functions are insufficient.
• Workflow Automation & Controls
• Implement approvals, audit trails, segregation of duties, and role-based permissions.
