Job Description

• In charge of compiling project documentation and flow diagram in delivery phase.
• Prepare test cases and sign off documentation.
• Testing the product to ensure that it operates satisfactorily.
• Keep track of Change Request Form.
• To compile suppliers' agreements.
• Liaise with retailers, suppliers, developers, and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
• To involve in post implementation technical support, projects documentation and training if needed.
• To conduct briefing session, prepare user manuals, to train the trainer & CSS team.

Job Requirement / Specifications

• Advance Diploma/Degree in IT related studies.
• 1-3 years of experience in technical support or application support roles. Fresh grad is encouraged to apply.
• Good command of languages and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
