REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience in business analysis within IT or digital transformation projectsExperience working on midsize or large projects involving cross-functional teamsStrong communication, negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skillsExperience conducting requirements elicitation sessions and familiarity with various elicitation techniquesStrong skills in gathering, structuring, and managing business and functional requirementsAbility to select appropriate requirements organization and modeling approaches depending on project contextAbility to understand the broader business context, structure the analysis approach, and progressively refine requirementsAbility to work independently, manage stakeholder communication effectively, and take ownership of the business analysis process
